These are the three cases most businesses share, and they work for any sector. If yours is something else, it goes custom. Prices exclude VAT (21%).

Quote by voice note

For anyone who goes, looks and then has to give a price: renovations, installers, garages, carpentry, gardening, cleaning or removals.

After the visit you send a WhatsApp voice note, a text or photos of what you saw. In a few minutes you get the draft quote as a PDF with your line items or services, your prices and your logo, to review, tweak and send yourself. Every quote is logged in a sheet: client, amount, date and status.

It asks for what you need to handle it (what they want, where, photos if needed, timing and when they'd like a call), logs it in a sheet and sends a summary to your phone.

You provide

Access to your contact form or mailbox and, for WhatsApp, your business number and the documents Meta asks for.

WhatsApp depends on Meta verifying your company: if that is delayed, it starts with web and email, and WhatsApp is added later at no cost. Messages charged by Meta are passed on at cost: replying within 24 hours is free and only messages sent after that window are paid (cents per message).

Invoices without typing

For any freelancer or company that receives supplier invoices and receipts.

Supplier invoices and receipts that you forward to your paperwork address or send as a photo on WhatsApp are read automatically, filed in your Drive by month and supplier and logged in a sheet (date, supplier, net, VAT, total and, if you use it, job or project), ready for your accountant. It flags what doesn't add up: missing tax ID, odd VAT or a duplicate invoice.

What the €49 monthly fee per automation covers

Hosting, AI, monitoring, fixes and one small change a month, such as updating your price list. The first month is included in the setup. One automation is whatever you can name in one sentence (“it prepares my quotes”): two packages are two fees. If you go over the included usage two months in a row, we talk: there are no automatic overage charges. No lock-in: cancel with 30 days' notice.

  1. One task

    €690–€1,490

    A process with the tools you already use: email, sheets, Drive, WhatsApp or forms. If it fits in a package, it costs the same as a package.

    For exampleOrders from a form, into your sheet and with an alert on your phone. Reading delivery notes from a photo and logging them. A daily sales summary on WhatsApp.

  2. A process connected to your software

    €1,500–€3,000

    It reads from or writes to your management software, your CRM or your online store through its API, or carries rules specific to your business.

    For exampleThe quote by voice note that goes straight into your software. Online store orders, into your warehouse. Follow-up of sent quotes, in your CRM.

  3. Several processes

    €3,000–€6,000per phase

    2 to 4 automations that pass data to each other, or an assistant that queries your business data over WhatsApp.

    For exampleFrom the accepted quote to the job in the calendar and the pending-payment alert. An internal WhatsApp that answers “how much does this client owe us?”.

    DeliveryEach phase, up to 20 working days. You can stop after any phase and keep what already works

If it isn't worth it for you, I'll say so

I do the maths with your numbers: the hours it takes you each month and what your hour is worth. If the setup plus a year of fees doesn't pay for itself within 12 months, I won't sell it to you. And if a cheap tool already solves it, I'll tell you which one.

How it works

  1. 01

    You tell me what eats your time

    A voice note of up to 3 minutes or a text on WhatsApp: which task, how often, with which software and who does it.

  2. 02

    Written answer within 2 working days

    From the moment I have what I need; I may ask you up to 3 questions. I tell you whether it fits a package, goes custom, isn't worth it for you or is something I don't do, with a fixed price and timing. A 20-30 minute video call only if you ask for it or if several processes are involved.

  3. 03

    You accept the scope sheet

    Before starting, it lists what it has to do and how it is checked. You pay the first 50%. The proposal is valid for 30 days, and anything not in the sheet is quoted separately, in writing and before doing it.

  4. 04

    You see it working with your data

    Delivery within the deadline of the package or the band. You pay the second 50% and the monthly fee starts.

Terms

Terms that take risk off you

They apply equally to the packages and to custom work.

  • Payment in two halves

    50% when you accept the scope sheet and 50% on delivery, once you see it working with your real data.

  • If it doesn't meet the sheet, you get your money back

    If on delivery it doesn't do what the sheet says and it isn't fixed within 10 working days, you get back what you paid and pay nothing more.

  • No lock-in

    The monthly fee is cancelled with 30 days' notice.

  • Your data, in your account

    Sheets, PDFs and documents live in your Google Drive. If you cancel, you keep them.

  • You approve what goes out

    Everything the AI prepares for one of your clients is approved by you before it goes out. The only exception is the data-gathering messages in package 2: they present themselves as an AI assistant and never give prices or dates.

  • Support included in the fee

    By WhatsApp or email, Monday to Friday, with a reply within one working day. It is not 24/7 support.

Founding clients

The first 5 clients, package or custom, get 3 months of the fee free instead of 1, in exchange for a two-sentence testimonial and permission to show their case with anonymised data.

What already works

  • Guardesa: managers of room-by-room rentals query their business data by writing on WhatsApp and load their portfolio from an Excel file.
  • My own freelance invoices log themselves with the system from package 3.

Common questions

Before you write to me

Do I have to change software?

No. It works with the tools and the WhatsApp you already use, and what it produces stays in your Google Drive and in a sheet of yours. Connecting it to your management software goes custom, and only if the software has an API or exports files.

Does the AI send anything to my clients without me seeing it?

No. Quotes and everything it prepares for a client are approved by you before they go out. The only exception is the data-gathering messages in package 2: they present themselves as an AI assistant and never give prices or dates.

Mine isn't any of the three examples. Is this for me?

Yes: it goes custom. After the assessment I give you a fixed price within its band: a single task, €690 to €1,490; a process connected to your software, €1,500 to €3,000; several processes, €3,000 to €6,000 per phase. Plus €49/month per automation, all + VAT.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Before starting we agree a sheet with what it has to do and how it is checked. If on delivery it doesn't meet it and it isn't fixed within 10 working days, I refund what you paid.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It stays with you: sheets, PDFs and documents are in your Google account from day one.

In the quote by voice note, what if something is not in my price list?

It comes out marked as “price pending” so you can set the price yourself. It does not make up prices.

What don't you do?

Issue invoices (you issue them from your own software), bookkeeping or tax advice, cold mass mailings by email or WhatsApp, AI that makes decisions about people (screening candidates or granting credit), general-purpose chatbots and AI voice calls. For now I don't work with sectors that handle health data or data about minors either.

Do you work with businesses outside Spain?

For now, only with businesses in Spain.
